PHOTO DELIVERY: Go to the “My orders” section of our website and upload your photos. You'll also get an email notification when your photos are available for download. The photos will be delivered within 3 days of the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format.

NOTE: The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the pack is 5 per athlete (including the course and the finish line).

Once you have uploaded your bib number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable.

If you find your photos in the unidentified archives, you must contact sac@fotop.com with the code for the photo (s) (located under the photo) within 7 days of the event so that your order can be processed again.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you want to cancel your order, you must do so up to 3 days prior to the event by sending an email to sac@fotop.com. Cancellations will not be accepted after this period. If you do not have the minimum quantity of 5 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days of the event via sac@fotop.com. No refund requests will be accepted after this period. Refunds and cancellations will be processed within 30 days of the request using the payment method used when ordering
